A 39-year-old man from Canyon Lake, Texas, was arrested at his home on Friday after a search warrant was executed by the Comal County Sheriff’s Office Narcotics Unit. Clinton Andrew Horne is accused of delivering marijuana in quantities ranging from 1/4 ounce to 5 pounds. The investigation, which has been ongoing, led authorities to Horne’s residence on the 1000 block of Canyon Shores, where they found a substantial amount of evidence.
During the search, investigators discovered a large sum of money, totaling $139,060 in U.S. currency, as well as 11.78 pounds of marijuana and 6.56 ounces of THC products. Horne was taken into custody and booked into the Comal County Jail, where he was released on a $6,000 bond. Additional charges are pending, according to the Comal County Sheriff’s Office.
The investigation is ongoing, and it is unclear what other charges Horne may face. The discovery of such a large quantity of drugs and cash suggests a significant illegal drug operation, and authorities are likely to continue investigating to determine the extent of Horne’s involvement.
