Kentucky Cities and Counties Vote on Medical Marijuana

As a result, cities and counties are automatically opted in to allow cannabis businesses, but local governments must enact ordinances to adopt regulations. Some cities and counties have also put the issue to a vote, with the results showing a majority in favor of allowing medical marijuana.
