A New Era of Cannabis in the French Quarter: NOLA Cannabis Co. Opens Flagship Dispensary
The iconic Bourbon Street in the French Quarter is about to welcome a new addition – a 16,279-square-foot therapeutic cannabis dispensary, NOLA Cannabis Co., which is set to open its doors on Wednesday at 433 Bourbon Street. The three-story facility will not only provide patients with a wide range of cannabis products but also offer a unique experience that combines retail, education, and patient services.
The dispensary’s first floor will feature product displays, ordering kiosks, and staff assistance, as well as an express pickup area for online orders. The upper floors will offer a more immersive experience, with a speakeasy-inspired education area where patients can receive one-on-one assistance, learn about different cannabis strains, and explore various products and accessories.
One of the standout features of the Bourbon Street location is its focus on education and patient services. Patients who don’t already have a therapeutic marijuana recommendation can connect with independent authorized clinicians on site, making it easier for them to access the products they need. With this new dispensary, NOLA Cannabis Co. is expanding its presence in Louisiana’s therapeutic marijuana program, which is rapidly growing. The company already operates dispensaries in various locations across the city, including the Lower Garden District, Uptown, the Westbank, Kenner, and Metairie.
