Curaleaf’s “Toke the Vote” Campaign: A Lighthearted Take on the Election Season

Arizona-based cannabis dispensary Curaleaf is capitalizing on the upcoming presidential election with a unique marketing campaign. The company has launched a “Toke the Vote” initiative, which features three strains of marijuana named after presidential candidates Kamala Harris, Donald Trump, and Jill Stein.

The strains, dubbed Kamala Kush, Donald OG, and Space Jill, are available for $30 per eighth ounce at all 16 Curaleaf locations in Arizona. According to Curaleaf representative Luke Flood, the strains have different THC content and flavor profiles. Kamala Kush and Donald OG both test at 29.5% THC, while Space Jill has a slightly higher THC content. Flood described the flavor profiles as earthy, cheesy, and zesty.

The strains are selling relatively evenly, with Kamala Kush and Donald OG neck-and-neck in terms of popularity. The products will be available through Election Day, November 5th.

Curaleaf’s “Toke the Vote” campaign is a lighthearted take on the election season, and the company hopes to bring some fun and humor to the political process. The initiative is part of the company’s efforts to engage with customers and promote its products in a unique and creative way.
