Northern Colorado Man Arrested for Selling Marijuana to Minors

A 28-year-old man from Northern Colorado has been taken into custody and charged with selling marijuana to minors through social media platforms. According to the Fort Collins Police Department, officers and the Loveland Police SWAT team arrested Garett Van Mullins on Thursday as part of an ongoing investigation into underage marijuana sales.

Police believe Van Mullins, who used the aliases “420 Minister” and “I Am Foundation Church” on social media, sold marijuana to minors through these online platforms. He is facing charges of unlawful distribution of marijuana to a minor, a class 3 felony.
