Arkansas Expo Educates Patients on Medical Marijuana
The Arkansas Cannabis and Wellness Expo, held at the Statehouse Convention Center in Little Rock, provided a unique opportunity for patients to learn about medical marijuana and its benefits. The two-day event brought together industry leaders, patients, and vendors to promote education and access to medical marijuana in the state.
One of the main attractions of the expo was the presence of doctors who were available to certify new medical marijuana patients and guide attendees through the application process. The event also featured vendors and cultivators showcasing their products, providing insight into the production and use of cannabis products.
According to Bobbi Willis, Marketing Director of the Arkansas Cannabis and Wellness Expo, education is key to understanding the benefits of cannabis and wellness. “I think it’s important to educate everyone about cannabis and wellness. We medicate ourselves with prescriptions, and sometimes people want natural remedies. That’s what we’ve got here – natural remedies,” Willis said.
The recent rescheduling of cannabis from Schedule I to Schedule III could potentially open the door to more users. The expo aimed to provide patients with the knowledge and resources they need to navigate the medical marijuana system in Arkansas.
The event offered a unique opportunity for patients to learn about medical marijuana and its benefits, as well as connect with industry professionals and like-minded individuals. With the growing interest in natural remedies and alternative medicine, the Arkansas Cannabis and Wellness Expo is an important event for patients looking to explore the world of medical marijuana.
